We do not offer refunds once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.

  1. Return Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We only accept returns in the following situations:

You received a wrong product
The product is damaged or defective

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
You must provide proof (image/video)

  1. Replacement Policy
    If your claim is valid, we will replace the product
    No cash refund will be issued
    Replacement delivery may take 3–7 working days
  2. No Return / No Exchange Cases

We do not accept returns if:

You change your mind after delivery
You don’t like the product
Size or expectation issues (unless incorrect item sent)

    You can cancel your order before dispatch
    Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
